We are the premier traveling Striper Club in the Tarheel Sate. We fish all over North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Check the Events Forum for our current schedule.

Our goal is to have a club that is family oriented; have some good fun; have fellowship among friends; and have tournaments where we can learn and teach others how to striper fish.

Our membership dues are only $30 per year. This $30 payment includes Big Fish of the Year, website access, message board access, and access to the private forum. You also have access to some great folks, and you can enter all of the club's fishing tournaments. At each meeting, we have a "Tips and Tricks" segment relevant to boating or fishing. Some of the topics we covered in 2005 included: Marine Electronics, VHF installation and use, and Trailer Maintenance.

Our tournament fees are only $20 plus an optional $5 per person big fish pot. Even if you don't fish all the tournaments you could join to help support the club and keep up to date with the club through the website and message board.

If you would like to be part of our club, we would love to have you. Our regular meetings are open to the general public at no cost or obligation. Visitors are always welcome. Our club meetings are held at the Golden Corral in Asheboro.

Old Lake Bassmasters was formed in 1968 and was one of the first affiliated clubs in the State with BASS. When formed, Old lake Bassmasters originally fished City Lake in High Point, NC. This format has since changed and we now fish lakes through out the state. We are now affiliated with FLW.

Old Lake Bassmasters typically has 15-25 members and we are currently looking for new members. Our club is a little unique because we tend to share information with each other a little more freely than other clubs. Our meetings are on Thursday at Gander Mountain the week prior of the tournament

Active members are required to attend at least one meeting a year. There is no penalty for not attending a meeting but all attendees receive 2 points per meeting.

Club dues are $100 annually which is based $10 per tournament. Club dues are adjusted accordingly for new members and their dues will be based on $10 per remaining tournament for the year.

Non boaters are assigned a boater at the club meeting prior to the tournament. These pairings change for each tournament in an effort to keep competition fair for all involved.

Payouts are based on the number of members fishing a tournament. Tournament fees are $25 per competitor and this is paid out %100. $20 divided among the winners and $5 goes to big fish.

#1 thing – Club motto: FRIENDS, FELLOWSHIP, FISHING – we have consistently attracted guys that are tired of the club hub-bub and want a more laid back place to just fish. There is plenty of good natured mess. Although we’ve got some real competitors we are not slamdunking or throwing chesties on each other on the ramp. Conflicts get addresses toot-sweet.
We pick the first lake of the year at our annual meeting. The schedule is set but these are not open to the public. Just clubbers. Then we pick the next one at the end of the monthly tournament. Place, times and ramp are set then.
Annual dues are $40. Covers end of year “Classic” payout and what we call the 7lb club. For every guy that fishes, a dollar is contributed cumulatively per tournament until someone catches a 7lber. They get that payout then it starts over. It is $20 per man per tourney. $5 extra per visitor which goes to the classic pot.
Payout from the $20 tournament entry is $7 for 1st, 5$ for 2nd, 3$ for 3rd and $5 for big fish.
Points are 25 for first and decline by 1 point until no fish are weighed.
3 annual titles are awarded with $50 per title, most weight, most points and biggest fish.
The thought process is the points qualify you to fish NC BASS Regional but guys have had a bad couple of years economically and we have not sent a team. This year we’ve picked up some guys wanting to join BFN on the front end. IT IS OPTIONAL and not a club requirement. I run that completely separate. It’s $40 for returning BFN members. $45 for new ones.

Founded in 2008, Fuquay Bass Club is a group of anglers fishing the lakes and rivers in and around central North Carolina. We are in it for the sport and camaraderie. All of our tournaments, with the exception of the two open tournaments, are for points only (non-money tournaments) which will decide year-end rank for the awards banquet. Open tournaments will have registration fees and are used as a fund raising program for the club. They are not scored for club points though participation by club members is strongly encouraged.
Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm at On the Snap. On the Snap is conveniently located at Dicken's Rd. and HWY 55 in Fuquay Varina next to The Tackle Box. It's just minutes from Cary, Apex, and Holly Springs and half an hour from much of Raleigh.

We are the premier traveling Striper Club in the Tarheel Sate. We fish all over North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Check the Events Forum for our current schedule.

Our goal is to have a club that is family oriented; have some good fun; have fellowship among friends; and have tournaments where we can learn and teach others how to striper fish.

Our membership dues are only $30 per year. This $30 payment includes Big Fish of the Year, website access, message board access, and access to the private forum. You also have access to some great folks, and you can enter all of the club's fishing tournaments. At each meeting, we have a "Tips and Tricks" segment relevant to boating or fishing. Some of the topics we covered in 2005 included: Marine Electronics, VHF installation and use, and Trailer Maintenance.

Our tournament fees are only $20 plus an optional $5 per person big fish pot. Even if you don't fish all the tournaments you could join to help support the club and keep up to date with the club through the website and message board.

If you would like to be part of our club, we would love to have you. Our regular meetings are open to the general public at no cost or obligation. Visitors are always welcome. Our club meetings are held at the Golden Corral in Asheboro.

Old Lake Bassmasters was formed in 1968 and was one of the first affiliated clubs in the State with BASS. When formed, Old lake Bassmasters originally fished City Lake in High Point, NC. This format has since changed and we now fish lakes through out the state. We are now affiliated with FLW.

Old Lake Bassmasters typically has 15-25 members and we are currently looking for new members. Our club is a little unique because we tend to share information with each other a little more freely than other clubs. Our meetings are on Thursday at Gander Mountain the week prior of the tournament

Active members are required to attend at least one meeting a year. There is no penalty for not attending a meeting but all attendees receive 2 points per meeting.

Club dues are $100 annually which is based $10 per tournament. Club dues are adjusted accordingly for new members and their dues will be based on $10 per remaining tournament for the year.

Non boaters are assigned a boater at the club meeting prior to the tournament. These pairings change for each tournament in an effort to keep competition fair for all involved.

Payouts are based on the number of members fishing a tournament. Tournament fees are $25 per competitor and this is paid out %100. $20 divided among the winners and $5 goes to big fish.

The annual membership dues shall be forty dollars ($40.00) per member, payable at before the 1st club tournament.
Membership dues are 100% paid back to the top 4 teams of the year (see section 12).
Four places will be paid in this order:
1st place - 40%
2nd place - 30%;
3rd place - 20%
4th place - 10%.
Tournament fees thirty ($30.00) per tournament per team and twenty-five ($25.00) for single boater.
There will be a five (5) bass per day limit per team.

Our bass club is a local bass fishing club affiliated with FLW Outdoors and registered with The Bass Federation (TBF, Inc). Most of the members are from the surrounding area of Forsyth county, Davidson county, Guilford county, Davie county, and Yadkin county all in North Carolina.
We primarily fish lakes within 150 miles of Kernersville, NC where we meet. These lakes are; High Rock Lake, Lake Norman, Belews Lake, Lookout Shoals, Lake Wylie, Lake Gaston, Tuckertown, Falls, Badin Lake, and Buggs Island.
These fisheries primarily produce Large Mouth Bass, and Spotted Bass.
We are a Catch and Release club, protecting the fish and habitat is part of our creed.
Perspective members are boaters and non-boaters, new to area or interested in club participation.

At the September 11th tournament, we will award a points champion which will win $200.00. The big fish pot will be paid out in 2 places at 100% payback for big fish where 70% goes to the 1st big fish winner and 30% goes to the 2nd place big fish winner. As far as the pay-outs are concerned for the overall winners fo the tournament- a percentage of the money will be taken out for a non-profit organization (newton flames youth basketball) and then we will pay out at the minimum 3 places. If we have enough boats participate we will try to pay out 5 or more places but at least 3 places each tourney. Pay outs will be as follows:

Century Bassmasters has been in continuous operation for over 25 years. We have a short club meeting the first Wednesday of each month. In January each year we schedule all the year's tournament dates, then choose the lake to fish two months ahead. The club fishes ten one-day and two two-day bass tournaments each year. We generally fish in eastern North Carolina, and often fish tournaments at Kerr, Gaston, Falls, Jordan, Harris, Mayo and Hyco. For our two-day tournaments, we have fished High Rock Lake, Lake Murray in South Carolina, and the Potomac River. We have often fished "trailer tournaments" on the rivers emptying into Albemarle Sound. Members can fish the Chowan, Roanoke, Yeopim, Perquimans, Alligator, Scuppernong, etc. provided they bring their catch to the single weigh-in site at the designated time.
All club tournaments are "draw" tournaments, where members are paired up at the monthly meeting. The pair fishing together then decide on whose boat to use. After many years of individual tourneys, we now fish as teams, with a five fish per boat limit. Voluntary "side bets" of $30 per boat are made to pay out prizes at the ramp for first, second, third place and big fish. Each February there is a club banquet at which awards are presented to the winners of the previous year's tournaments, as well as a plaque to the "Angler of the Year" and to the member catching the "Lunker of the Year" in a club tournament.
Dues are $30 per quarter. There have never been any special assessments. The club is very sound, financially.
About our members:
Century Bassmasters is somewhat unique in that we have a very diverse membership. Some are beginners just starting to focus on bass fishing, some are old-timers. Some are serious about money tournaments, and others are strictly interested in relaxed recreation. We have members from teenagers to one member over 70. Some members have a high school education, while others have college degrees, even including a PhD or two and an MD. What ties us all together is a mutual love of bass fishing, and the enjoyment of each other's company. Most of the guys will tell you the thing they like best about the club is the fellowship, and the very friendly competition that it brings.
The club's bylaws limit membership to 25 members. A few slots are presently available. Up to 25 percent of the membership may be non-boaters. Others must have a boat meeting TBF minimum requirements. Members must be at least 16 years of age.
Currently we have members living in Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Apex, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, Holly Springs and Louisburg.
In addition to club events, some members also fish various tournament trails. We have some very successful fishermen in Century, with state and national awards in Fishers of Men and FLW tournaments.

RULES
1) Club fishes 9 tournaments per year (two of which are two day events) you can only miss 3 and still fish the classic.

2) One day events are $25 due the morning of the event .Two day events are $35 due the morning of the first day. All money is due before you fish. $5 of every entry fee goes to the classic at the end of the year. $100 goes to angler of the year and the rest is winner take all. Big fish side pot is $5 per person per day

3) In the event you arrive late it is your responsibility to find a member to let them known you are there and have your live wells checked before you start to fish.

4) All state rules and regulations apply. Lake size limits will be observed at all times. Fish are measured mouth closed, tail pinched.

5) Blast off times are listed on tournaments dates page. You will need to be in your boats on the water fees paid and ready to fish at this time.

6) If you are fishing two people to a boat you must have some sort of cull tags on your boat and in use by one angler.

7) All fish need to brought to the scales in bag containing water (for the fishes health)

8) All fish will be measured with a witness (another contestant in another boat)

9) If you catch a fish you weigh it in your self don’t have some one else weigh it in for you . ( To confusing at the scales)

10) All weights will be on an individual basis. They will consist of five fish limit .
Artificial lures only. No trolling

11) There is a 8 ounce penalty for dead fish. Also there is an 8 ounce penalty for every minute you are late to the ramp up to 10 minutes at which time you are disqualified.

The Cumberland Bassmasters of Fayetteville is a local, non-profit bass fishing club. The club was formed to engage in competitive bass fishing among our members for the purpose of sharing knowledge about the sport, sportsmanship, and fair play on and off the water. We compete for fun and to improve our skill as bass anglers. The club has both novice and experienced anglers of all ages. We are located in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
For the novice bass angler, being a member of Cumberland Bassmasters is an excellent way to learn about bass fishing and greatly improve your angling skills. All members are willing to help each other and share their knowledge and experience with you. The experienced bass angler can also benefit from being a member. You will always have someone to fish with, you will have an opportunity to share what the sport has given you with others and promote the sport of bass fishing. Plus, even the experienced angler can learn something new from others.
There is a nominal $25.00 entry fee for each monthly tournament. Payouts are awarded after each tournament for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes. There is a $5.00 entry fee for big bass. The top anglers, based on their accumulated weight for the season, are awarded plaques at our annual banquet in January. Membership dues $40 per year.
The tournament sites for the upcoming season are voted on by the club membership. We fish several different lakes and rivers. By fishing a variety of lakes and rivers, the members become better anglers by learning to fish different waters under various conditions.

Triad Bassmasters Meets at Gander Mountain in Greensboro
Triad Bassmasters held their first meeting of 2010 at Gander Mountain in Greensboro, NC on Sunday January 17th. President Linda Berry of Madison presented the out-going President, Johnny Dunnavant of Stokesdale with a Plaque of Appreciation for his 2 years of service as club president. Kyle Joyce, club tournament director presented Linda Berry the 2009 Angler of the Year award. The club voted in 2 new members and approved the tournament schedule for 2010. An Open Team Tournament was scheduled for March 7th on Belews Lake. The tournament is a fundraiser to help send club members to the B.A.S.S. Federation Nation State Championship.
Triad Bassmasters was chartered in July of 2007. We accept both male and female members. Our members also compete in other tours including the Bassmaster Weekend Series and the BFL. We have been featured in the B.A.S.S. Times twice for our participation in community projects. In 2008 we help restore the boat house at Lake Higgins in Greensboro, NC. In December of 2008 and 2009 we raised money to feed 100 homeless and disabled military veterans at a shelter in High Point. Club members also helped prepare and serve the food at these events. Another event that we assist with each year is the annual Fishing Derby at Farris Park in Mayodan, sponsored by the Madison/Mayodan Recreation Department. Our club members pride themselves on giving back to the community.
We are recruiting new members in 2010. You do not have to own a boat to fish in our club tournaments. We pair up boaters and non-boaters.

The Tri City Bassmasters club has been in existence since 1978. Tri City is a member of the NC Bass Federation and FLW. We always welcome new members and owning a boat is NOT required. We hold monthly meetings on the first Tuesday of every month at Hudson Bros. Deli in Rockingham. We fish 12 tournaments per year.

We are a local club based out of the Archdale area, but have members that come from as far as Basset, VA to fish. We have a lot of brothers and father/son members that fish. We only fish one tournament a month, usually the second Saturday of each month. Each member fishes individually and only weighs in one fish each. We go on a points system more so than weight. Tournament Overview
Qualify for the 2010 Forrest Wood Cup
Below is a summary of the levels of tournaments in which a college team may compete on its way to the 2010 Forrest Wood Cup.

Qualifying Events - Each division (see the map of divisions and tournaments to determine in which division you would fish) has four qualifying events with a maximum of 40 teams in each event.

National Guard FLW College Fishing Regional Championships - The top five teams from each of the four qualifying events in a division (a total of 20 teams) will advance to a three-day, televised National Guard FLW College Fishing Regional Championship.

National Guard FLW College Fishing National Championship - The top five teams from each of the five National Guard Regional Championships (a total of 25 teams) will compete in the three-day, televised National Guard FLW College Fishing National Championship.

Forrest Wood Cup - The winning team in the National Guard FLW College Fishing National Championship will qualify for the 2010 Forrest Wood Cup. The winning team member with the heaviest total weight in the National Guard FLW College Fishing National Championship will compete in the Pro Division, and the other member of the winning team will compete in the Co-angler Division of the 2010 Forrest Wood Cup.

Angler of the Year Award presentation (trophy and cash prize)

The series consists of 5 events located in the Piedmont Region of North Carolina. Events begin in March and will culminate in November with the final tournament and angler of the year presentation. There is a 100% payout and the goal is to promote camaraderie on the water, kayak bass fishing, and catch and release fishing.

The tournament was formed when 3 avid anglers (all from central NC) organized the Inaugural Carolina Yakfish Open in November 2009 on Jordan Lake. The success of this event spawned the 2010 Carolina Yakfish Series.

We have received a promise from Inspire Pharmaceuticals to donate $5 to Heroes on the Water for every angler that enters each event. Heroes on the Water is an organization that serves all military personnel who have been wounded, injured, or disabled while serving on active duty, in the reserves, or national guard through rehabilitation by taking them fishing and showing them a good time on the water.

We are a non-affiliated club, meaning we have no ties to BASS or FLW. Right now are our club is struggling with membership due to the economy. This year we have put more effort into recruiting then we ever have in the past and today we are at an all time low in participation. I looked over your website and anything you think you can offer us to help with membership would be great.

Harris Lake Wednesday Wildcat Trail 2010

Wed March 31, 2010 will kick off the Wednesday Night Harris Lake Wildcat Trail. This tournament trail will run every Wednesday night from March 31st through August 25th.
Merry Oaks Ramp..(dam)

Fees: $40.00/boat..$30 for tournament and $10.00 for big fish.
Big Fish will be 1 place, tournament will pay 1 place for every 5 boats.
Time is 5pm till 9 pm.
100% payback!!

This is open to everyone, no matter who you are affiliated with, what trail you fish, or if you are a guide anywhere.
